Armageddon

Hi guys

 

Can you work out tonight who can assist and what is being delivered for Armageddon.

 

Projects? Cardboard Robot? Quadcopter? 3D printers? Posters? Artwork?

 

So far I have had no feedback as to who is helping set up and when things are being bumped in.

 

Bump in is Friday 11am to 6pm. Saturday morning 8am till 8.45am.

 

I already have a lot to do on Friday as I am setting up the TARDIS, getting K-9 in and setting up our table. I have the brand new Melbourne specific Melbourne Robot Workshop and R2 Builders Club artwork and posters all set to go.

 

I cannot do all myself so I will need assistance.

To hackerspace - please bring to session tonight what you need transported on Friday.   Please note that I only have a sedan so space is not unlimited.

Hi all helping out with Armageddon.

 

We do have an extra hand over both days on the weekend.

 

Alan Carey will be an invited guest at our table.

 

Alan is the carpenter with the full size TARDIS, he has his own exhibitors pass and he is happy to help out our table over the weekend.

 

Jason Campey will have his R2 there as well, Jason also has unlimited access to our table as he is a member of our group and R2 is technically an R2D2 Builders Club droid. Jason also has his own exhibitors pass.

 

Jason will mainly be with the 501st, however if he requires the use of our space and some help please assist him as need be.

Excellent!

I think even with Andy going Sunday arvo there is another pass available.

I only have Adric down doing Sunday arvo so there is still room for more help on the Sunday.

Saturday is staffed but Sunday still needs help.
