Good news, we can order a Raspberry Pi without the all the mucking round with "register your interest"

Raspberry Pi now available to order

You can now order the Raspberry Pi model B board on the RS website. It is no longer a requirement to register your interest before purchasing and you can order as many Raspberry Pi’s and associated accessories as you require.

Without mucking around!? I was just on hold for like 40 bloody minutes with the Toll courier guys to get them to re-deliver my delivery tomorrow when I'm at home, even though I did specify the "no signature required" option when ordering from element14, which they seem to have ignored this time.

I got mine from Element14 during the week. Ordered the week before, so
about a 9 day turnaround. Pretty good :-) Now to find the time to play
with it!
