Hi all.

 

Posting this as a general call out so that I do not miss anyone involved.

 

OK, for those of you assisting with Armageddon over the weekend.

 

Andy, Alan and myself are bumping in this afternoon around 4ish.

 

For those who may be turning up today at the Convention Centre to aquire the weekend exhibitor passes for $15,

 

our table at the event is booked under the name " R2 Builders Club" make sure you use this name when making enquiries.

 

These passes are available TODAY ONLY between 11am and 6pm.

 

The event organizers name is SCOTT LISTON, seek him out and mention the R2 Builders Club and my name Dayle if you have any problems ( security can be a little over zealous at times ).

We are running 2 exhibits technically, we are running our table and "The Lords Of Time" Dr Who display which is Armageddons own display.

 

Alan Carey will be assisting us over the weekend and Jason Campey who owns the R2 unit will also be on hand. 

 

Saturday morning, Alan and myself will be at the Centre at 8am ( doors open at 9am to the public ).

 

I will have our exhibitor passes so all you need to do is go to the main entrance in the foyer where the public enters the doors to the event, call me and I will come out and give you your pass.

 

As a fall back, you would ask security to contact Scott Liston and mention you are with Dayle and the R2 Builders Club.

 

If you are bringing items for our display on Saturday try to be there before 9am to bump them in.
