If the layers are the right size it's unlikely to be motor calibration.
Check that your pulley is tight and isn't slipping on the motor shaft. Do you have a flat on the shaft?
Check that the belt is tight.
Otherwise, it could be that the motor is skipping steps so try printing at a very low speed like 10mm/sec and see if it still happens. If not you need to set one or all of the max feed rate, acceleration and xy jerk to lower settings.

The cube started to lean to the +Y Axis, it still kept 20mm per layer but ended up looking like a stair case.
The first few layers were ok then started to slope from then on, it straightened up about half way through the print.
Does anyone have any ideas?
My thoughts after doing a fair bit of searching the internet is that the motor driver on my ramps board may not be calibrated properly?? Can't seem to find anything else that could be causing the problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.
