What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.swipe on left side of screen up and down
2.does not show previous commands as stated
3.shows instead this: ----------

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
show previous commands like scroll up key
show next commands like scroll down key

What version of the product are you using (you can see this by using Menu
-> About in the Host List)?
v 1.7.1

What type of system are you trying to connect to?
n/a
self loopback

If you are able to connect, what is the output of "echo $TERM", "uname -a",
and any other relevant information on the host?
unable to connect connection refused for ssh (yes I allow agent)

Please provide any additional information below.
no idea...
only can use Local Host - did not try telnet...
