Description:   Seeking Medicinal Chemist with at least 10 years experience to design, synthesize, purify and characterize biologically-active organic small molecules for drug discovery programs at a major pharmaceutical company.

Shall:

*** Analyze biological data and develop structure activity relationships.

*** Develop synthetic methods and synthesize compounds.

*** Scale up development drug candidates for in vitro and in vivo testing;

*** Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including biology, DMPK, analytical chemistry and process chemistry.

Requirements:

*** Ph.D in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or comparable.

*** Knowledge of structure based and fragment based drug design.

*** In vitro & In vivo pharmacology experience.
