Description: We have a customer that is looking for a Symantec NetBackup (NBU) implementation specialist for approx a 10 week engagement or longer. 700 servers, Windows and VMware experience sought.
Customer is located in Westport, CT. Project requirements:
• NBU 7 Experience – Brand New build out, no upgrade required
• Experience Deploying Bare Metal Restore(BMR)
• Experience with designing MS Exchange Data Protection solutions – May Need to couple this with third party solutions
• Experience in integrating NBU with VMware vSphere 4 and ESX 3.5
• Integration with Deduplication appliances and tape devices – Ability to create and review selection criteria for Dedupe Appliances
• Candidate should possess ability to document requirements, work with team to validate architecture, implement designed solution and create operational documentation.
• Rate to needs to be inclusive of any travel and living expenses.
• Candidate will require Background check.
• Potential Start Date – 11/8
• Project will most likely be continued through Q1 2100
