WebUI: Contracor Skills Requried

I am looking at having a contractor come in to customize the self generated WebUI. Can anyone please advise on the skill set that would be required to do so?

 

Alternatively, if anyone knows of contractors based in the UK that have experience in doing WebUI customization, please provide me with contact details.

Seeing as that has been my life for the past two years, I guess I can advise. HTML/Javascript/CSS, obviously. Single-page application, via backbone.js if possible. MVC (model-view-controller) design pattern. jQuery, especially the $.Deferred method. Object-oriented programming in general.
