Add video clips

Hi, I have been asked if it is possible to add video clips as well as
pictures. These will be videos filmed on cameras etc and then
uploaded to the system if possible

I have read through posts and there is a patch for this ?? is this
still valid or still on lists of things to do ??

The patch exists but should not be considered "production quality." For instance IIRC there is no change to the interface to indicate how videos should be uploaded, nor is there any notification if transcoding fails.

That said, search the forum for "video patch" and I'm sure you'll find it.
