I was searching for a Java implementation of a ConceptNet interface
but couldn't find one.
Does anybody know if there is one?

The latest version can be downloaded in a format that can be imported
into an Apache Lucene index using Solr:
http://conceptnet5.media.mit.edu/downloads/current/
My main experience is with interacting with it over HTTP from Python
code, but Lucene's native interface is in Java.
