Amazon appears to be having hiccups.  We're investigating.

I'm not able to get a response from it (the Amazon server) either, and
I'm trying to figure out what to do.

For anyone who's starting a large computational project: Don't run it
on Amazon. It's not reliable enough, usable enough, or cheap enough to
be worth your time and money.

For the record, we are building a in-house cluster and got a DARPA grant to do so.  The grant was supposed to get us the money in May but it's not here yet.  *sigh*

So Amazon had sent us a warning that we'd have to move our server to a
different "zone" by this Wednesday -- which I knew about -- but then
they seem to have done something that made the server unusable three
days early.

It takes hours to copy an Amazon snapshot; it's usually something you
want to do *before* taking down the server. So I apologize; the
ConceptNet API will be back up sometime tomorrow.

Downloads are still available.
