I purchased Computrak about six weeks ago, I'm very pleased with it but
just lately it has developed a rather annoying problem. When asked to
process it seizes up and sends a series of error messages the first of
which says "Could not get reg ID :message:error making key (HD)." If I
reboot the computer it resolves the problem for a while but it keeps
recurring. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but
that doesn't seem to help.
Anyone else had this, or is the problem with my computer?
