...this complaint sounds like it could be coming from Roman :)

Nothing new, but nicely covered (especially how the kernel is trying

This is really interesting presentation. Thanks for posting this. I do
have a question though: are there any permanent performance oriented
tracks at any of the Linux conferences these days?

Hello Roman,

Not at Usenix, Linuxworld, Brainshare or the Red Hat's Summit. I would
have to check for major community events like FOSDEM, but I do not know
of any "performance tracks" to this date in any setting.

Given that USENIX tracks are 3-4 papers, it may be the easiest target in
terms of size (but not in terms of acceptance, as they are peer-reviewed :-)
