Issue with ActiveRecord::ConnectionAdapters::AbstractAdapter with oracle_enhanced and Rails 3.1.1

I posted this to the oracle_enhanced list b/c that was at the top of
the backtrace, but I think I've narrowed this down to CPK 4.0.0 with
Rails 3.1.1 (when I remove the gem, everything works...)

I'm a bit confused as to what's happening, wondering if someone can
nudge me in the right direction to fix this up...

Nothing obvious jumps to mind...there isn't any oracle specific
functionality in CPK. Do the Oracle tests work for you?

The error should be fairly easy to trackdown:

That class is part of Rails, so I'd guess a load order issue where the
Oracle adapter is loading its version too soon or maybe CPK.
