How do I Uninstall Windows?

My computer has MS Windows XP Home. It came with it installed on the computer. It has now been infected with lots of viruses and nasty stuff. I now want to restore it to how it was when I first bought it. I guess this means uninstalling xp and then reinstalling it. As it was installed when I bought it, I do not have a disk.... more »

IE6 deleted my favourites!

I'm having real problems with IE6 - for absolutely no reason (I wasn't downloading anything or sending any mails at the time) it deleted all my favourites and now won't let me add any new favourites on. The actual links themselves are still in the favourites folder on my C drive but Explorer won't see them.... more »

Hi Can anyone please help! When I boot up my pc it seems to be running very slowly. Eventually I get to open task manager, and discover that lsass.exe is taking up around 95% of the cpu. Why would this be? Is it the sasser virus? Im running AVG antivirus. Any help would be much appreciated.

I have a problem I can't get rid of. At my work, we uses English version of MS Windows XP. Yesterday I was forced to install an old software.
