Subject: Monitor refresh rates?! Need Help
Hi, I'm a Linux newbie and I am attempting to install Mandrake 6.0 on my EOne
as a dual boot with windows98. everything is cool but when x-windows tests my
monitor (which isn't listed) I can find the proper frequencies to use. I know
that it is an SVGA monitor but am confused about sync rates. I've tried a bunch
of different combinations but nothing seems to work ( either get a blank screen
or some static) Any thoughts?

Call the manufacturer or look on their web site.  Most list the specs
you need.
