Hi!
I have a problem with the Open Look Virtual Window Manager Version
3.1, which I am running on my Sun Sparc LX under Solaris 2.3. When I
try to modify the workspace properties, X crashes. Anybody have any
ideas about this?

You have the wrong version. Get 3.3 of OLVWM.
