The good news is that Okular saves text more reliably than my current
Acrobat Reader, which for some reason puts each word on a separate
line. The bad news is that Okular can't handle ligatures.
I am an indexer and my technique requires that I convert to a text
file, preserving page breaks.
I would kike to see the ligature question addressed.
