disable smooth scrolling in Konqueror

I'm running Konqueror 3.5.9 and the smooth scrolling which has been
imposed with no way to disable is driving me up the wall.
How do I go back to jumping directly to the next page.
I know there used to be an option for this in settings, but it
seems to have been removed.
