Subject: Program names on the Task Bar
Normally, as soon as a program starts to run, its name appears on the Task
Bar. In my newly installed 64-bit test04, they do not.

Oddly enough something similar occurred to a friend and I sought help here
in December but the solution suggested then will not work here as all the
changes suggested then are already in place!
