Hi! I recently upgraded klibido package via Debian's apt-get (klibido_0.2.5-6_i386), and now Klibido is not working with "download nzb" menu option. It crashes. $ klibido --v Qt: 3.3.8b KDE: 3.5.9 KLibido: 0.2.5 Is anyone else having the same problem too? Hello, I need to get a user password in a bash shell script that needs to be passed to a password prompt (think rsync to a remote host). How does one do this ? I know I can just spawn the rsync process inside an xterm (xterm -e) but would like the shell script to be more KDE friendly. Thanks.

hi In KDE3, there is dcop that we can use to import user's certificate(p12 format) automatically into konqueror. But in KDE4, dcop is replaced by dbus and does not work anymore. I have search how to do this by KDE4 but so far have no result. Do anyone know how to do this in KDE4? Any hints or ideas will be great.... more »

Gang, I'm using KDE 4.1 on Kubuntu. Is it possible to change KDE's behavior regarding usage of keypad keys? When the Num-lock is off, I can use the keypad keys for cursor movement, but shift-keypad combinations don't highlight text when num-lock is off. disable smooth scrolling in Konqueror

I'm running Konqueror 3.5.9 and the smooth scrolling which has been imposed with no way to disable is driving me up the wall. How do I go back to jumping directly to the next page. I know there used to be an option for this in settings, but it seems to have been removed. Thanks.

I am using KDE 4.1 on openSuse and have a problem with the format of the header for the month view printed page. The month being printed September 2,008 text overlays the miniature previous month calendar section. How is the format controlled? Can it be changed?
