Subject: Xfree & Dragon 4000 Voodoo Banshee
Hello,

I had a few days ago a STB velocity (Riva TNT ) and except the
incompatibility with my system it was quite good, as nvidia had proposed
an experimental Xfree Server.
Now I have a DRagon 4000 (Voodoo Banshee) and I can't find any svga
server for it :( .  If you have some good news... Or is there anyway a
way for this chipset to work ( just a little bit ) with an experimental
XFree server ? :) need advices.

Thanks for your answers

It will work in 8bpp unaccelerated with the Vesa framebuffer
device in the Linux 2.1.xxx kernels in conjunction with the
XFree86 framebuffer device server.  There is no native support
for the Banshee (and nobody that I know of working on it).
