New widget available: sliders for X intrinsics

Hi all; quick announcement: I've written a nice slider widget for
X intrinsics. It's very similar to the Motif XmScale widget.
Differences: Slider does not display a numeric value. Slider has
nifty input scaling that allows fine control of the slider.

After it's had a little more testing, I'll be submitting
it to the ftp.org contrib directory.
