My printer prints blank

Hello, my printer is Lexmark Z615. When I wanted to print a page, there is
not any text on the paper. It even shows the ink level is normal and the
cartridges are moving, but it prints blank.

Try to print a few letters in colour to see if it isn't a problem with
(just) the black cartridge
