I installed activetcl 8.5.11,on windows platform,  but when I run it it gives me error that it can't find lib tgdbm, Tkforms, which both exist. There must be something wrong with my environment variables.
My HOME is set to c:\, and PATH to c:\Tcl\bin.
ANy suggestions?
