GCC 2.95.3 or above on Unixware 7.1.4

I am trying to compile GCC 2.95.3 and higher versions on Unixware
7.1.4.

Unixware 7 machine setup: OS installed from ISO available on SCO
website. Maintenance pack 4 installed. Installed gcc 2.95.2 available
from skunkware for uw7.

I am not able to compile gcc 2.95.3 on this setup and I get the error
at libio "cstring: file not found". But I find this file at /usr/local/
include/g++-3.

If you have any version of gcc 2.95.3 or above that compiles or
precompiled binaries for Unixware 7.1.4, can you provide me with the
same.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
