4.4BSD-Encumbered - anyone have it?

Hi!

I want to try 4.4bsd on my decstation. I have managed to cross-compile
a 4.4bsd-alpha kernel, but that only has support for the decstation
5000/200, and it won't start under gxemul. Therefore I would really
like to have 4.4bsd-encumbered as it has support for the 5000/240 which
I have. But I have been unable to find it anywhere on the net. It is
available on cdrom from this guy (http://www.mckusick.com/csrg), but I
was hoping someone has the source and can send it to me. :)

I know that 4.4bsd-lite2 also supports the 5000/240, but in that
version they have removed some files for legal reasons, so you can't
compile it.
