How do I tell the Netapp guy to increase effective rsize/wsizeon my S10 box

We are running NFS v3 on S10, my system can talk in rsize/wsize values of 1M, how do I tell the Netapp guy what to change at his end so that I can get 1M performance.
Right now it is set to autonegotiate and the value nfsstat -m gives me is 65536.
