vxvm binaries same for sol8/9 & 10?

Are the packages the same for sol 8, 9 & 10 from Veritas? The latest
CD I got from them has the same binaries it seems.

Seems like the only difference is some patches needed for the different
releases.

The userland utilities is almost certain near to identical.
I would not assume that the Kernel drivers are interchangeable
between releases though.
the VxVM &VxFS kernel drivers has got to behave slightly different
between solaris releases.
