OpenServer 6.00 Install Kernel Panic Intel MB 0xF000FF53

Hello,

Hardware is as follows

MB Intel D945FTP
CPU Intel Celeron R 2.53GHz
Adaptec 29160
Intel 82562 Nic
D945GTP Video
1 GB Memory

I had the cutomer get a new MB for their system. The message I am getting
is below. I see the Install boot splash, the Message from the system
(First
blast of TXT and then I get this imediately.

Changing the BIOS TO PNP from Disabled and using DSM=atup allowed me to
install OSR 600
