another nonsense EINVAL on Linux

At least with Linux 2.6.36.4, calling send (writev, actually) with a
fd referring to a 'connected' (UDP) datagram socket yields EINVAL when
there's presently no route to the datagram destination (for the case
where I noticed this: because 'the networkinterface' is down).

Assuming you are expecting a different errno, probably worth a bug
filed upstream - after verifying the behaviour still exists in a
post-deluvian kernel.
