Slow to login prompt after Solaris 10 server reboot - Veritas reconfig code issue ?

Hello,
Our Fujitsu PrimePower 850 server is running Solaris 10 and Veritas
Storage Foundation 5.0. All volumes have just been migrated from HDS
9585 to the latest USPV storage array.
After each server reboot, the server is experiencing significant delay

What I noticed is there's a delay before several interfaces come
up. Lots of delays are caused by DNS timeouts. Check your
/etc/resolv.conf against what interface comes up when. You
will want to at least use "hosts: files dns" in /etc/nsswitch.conf

I'd recommend taking a look at the output of "svcs" on both machines.
This will show when each service was started (the "STIME" column), and
any large gaps should reveal where there's something that's slow.
At a wild guess, you've got some dependency on networking, and there's
