Slow to login prompt after Solaris 10 server reboot - Veritas reconfig code issue ?

Hello,

Our Fujitsu PrimePower 850 server is running Solaris 10 and Veritas
Storage Foundation 5.0. All volumes have just been migrated from HDS
9585 to the latest USPV storage array.
After each server reboot, the server is experiencing significant delay
before getting to the login prompt , i.e., about 10-15 mins after the
various Veritas DMP messages below.

Is the slowdown caused by the "reconfig" code of Veritas ? Would the
culprit exists in the RC2.d directory which execute after the network
is available ? Please shed some light on how to resolve the issue.

Below is the terminal session from the boot up sequence and the
information from the startup log.
