PS does read the U block correctly. However, the kernel probably doesn't. What
I mean, is that under 5.3.2 there is a option under the sysi86() system call
to return the user block of a certain process back to the user. It's supposed
to retrieve it from where ever it is currently living (makes things easiler,
since the program doesn't have to understand where the user block might be
located). Now it is possible under a heavly load system that the system
call might return a incorrect user block due to swapping.
