Subject: Mouse troubles
Hi,

I have a logitech mouse, which is not getting detected in my solaris 7x86
machine.  I don't see a /dev/mouse
entry either.  How do I get solaris to see a mouse and/or add the driver for
this?

Thanks,
Andy

Have you done a reconfiguration boot?

From the "Forth Monitor" ok prompt in the OpenBoot firmware:

ok  boot -r

From run state 1 or S (preferably) or when the system is quiescent:

#  sync; sync; reboot -- -r

For more information please refer to the man pages for boot(1M) and
kernel(1M).
