file tranfer from PC to Abekas A65

Hi!

We do animations on PCs all joined under NetWare Lite 1.1. This peer-
to-peer setup is realy important to us. We have acquire an Abekas A65
to output animation to tape in real time. It comes with a Ethernet port
and can be used as a Unix server. So we need some software to initialise
our NE2000 NIC with TCP/IP and another to log on the A65 and transfer
those files. It doesn't matter if we have to reboot to do the transfer
and then reboot again to return to our NetWare setup. We know about
about those fancy ODI drivers that maintains two stacks concurently
and about Lan Workplace for DOS, but is there a shareware way of doing
this? NCSA TELNET?
