Here is the lspv output of

disks on each vio server.

Hi,
also paste the output of lsmap -vadapter vhostX from both VIO servers.
lspv | grep <pvid> might not be the best wayt to determine the disks
as it is quite possible that somehow forgot to generate PVID while
mapping the disk to LPAR. SInce the PVs are not assigned anywhere on
VIO so even the system (VIO) does not generates the PVID
automatically.
