Who is willing to test the brandnew Seamonkey 2.0 sharing it's browser
engine with Firefox 3.5.4.

Compiled on AIX 5.1 ML9 as 32bit app.

You will need at least 512 MB RAM, a TrueColour X Server and the
possibility to update some system software from the levels listed here:
<http://www.linkitup.de/ForAIX/Firefox/prereq-aix5.html>

xlC.aix50.rte 8.0.0.15 for AIX 5.1 or
xlC.aix50.rte 9.0.0.10 for AIX 5.2 - AIX 5.3 up to ML6
xlC.aix50.rte 10.01.0000.0003 for AIX 5.3TL6 or later
xlC.aix61.rte 10.01.0000.0003 for AIX 6.1
(=> Update level Oct 2009)

pango, atk, glib2 and gtk2 from Bull freeware GNOME 2.16.1

and I will provide updated RPMS for
cairo, pixman, fontconfig and freetype
built to be 100% drop in compatible to IBM's GNOME RPMS (32 and 64bit).

I cannot test all combinations. To be honest: I have tested on AIX
5.1ML9 32bit and 64bit, nothing else yet...

Sorry for so many updates needed. But I have met all precautions to stay
backwards compatible with the updates. If not -> Drop me report.

Seamonkey 2.0 seems to be in quite a good shape except I have disabled
building the Mail/News component at the moment.
This is still work in progress, but the runtime predependencies are
fixed as described above.

If you need a 64bit build, I have a not yet published Seamonkey 1.1.18
and can build Seamonkey 2.0 64bit later.

Performance: everything in a ivory/white case is expected toooo slow.
The fastest PreP machines may work.
