I'm attempting to run a Java program, an InstallAnywhere installer, on
AIX 4.3.

It crashes with the following error:

SIGILL 4 (*) illegal instruction (not reset when caught)
si_signo [4]: SIGILL: (*) illegal instruction (not reset when
caught)
si_errno [0]: Error 0
si_code [30]: Error 0 [addr: 0x0]

stackpointer=30596268
Writing java dump to javacore107502.995245804.txt... OK
SIGABRT 6 (*) abort process
stackpointer=30595c88
./setup.bin[1261]: 107502 IOT/Abort trap(coredump)

I cannot locate the file javacore107502.995245804.txt anywhere
on the file system.

The APARs recommended for Java are installed.
