I've been looking on the IBM AIX site and cannot seem to find a simple
list of the security bulletins and when they were posted.  Is there
such a simple list?  If so where?

Not too hard to find. I got to www.ibm.com, search for
AIX security bulletins
and a few clicks later
http://www14.software.ibm.com/support/customercare/subscriptions/ijhi...

And look at the High Impact topic too.
