Hi,

is there an command similar to psrinfo -v on Sun on AIX?

For those who don't know, psrinfo -v displays the following out put about the
processors.
Status of processor 0 as of: 08/15/01 11:15:56
Processor has been on-line since 07/21/01 09:54:51.
The sparc processor operates at 296 MHz,
and has a sparc floating point processor.
Status of processor 1 as of: 08/15/01 11:15:56
Processor has been on-line since 07/21/01 09:54:54.
The sparc processor operates at 296 MHz,
and has a sparc floating point processor.

try prtconf , and grep processor
it might be little help full.

it wont give you state thou, but will give u # of processors

you can do it several ways. lsattr -El proc$number
#pmcycles -m
CPU 0 runs at 1200 MHz
CPU 1 runs at 1200 MHz
or #prtconf -cs
CPU Type: 64-bit
Processor Clock Speed: 1200 Mhz
