Quick method/script to thrash the cpu of Solaris system

Hello

I would like to know a quick way to thrash the cpu of a Solaris system
to test cpu traps (load traps).

I have previously run lots of gzip/tar jobs to do this, but there must
be a better method. Does anyone have any tips?

have a script start itself in background, and then do something useless, a do while true loop.
