thanks so much. that works just fine evidently. is there a way of
doing it without count, say with some sort of "not
decendent::querybox" sort of thing?

Hi.
Can someone tell me how to find all the elements of type 'table' which
have an attribute named 'source' and are not descendents of
'querybox' ?
I'm sort of wrestling with it and am hoping someone can tell me if it
is possible.
I know it is possible to find all elements that ARE descendents of
'querybox' that have a given attribute and are of a certain type.

SOAP RPC operation problems (longish with code)

I work on creating test cases for a SOAP-based set of servers, using
soapUI. I received and updated set of WSDL and schema files, and when I
made new tests and mock server operations, all of the ones that had
been working now returned a SOAP fault. The faults look something like:

The variable is currently a temporary tree. If you want a sequence of
strings then you need to use the 'as' attribute as follows:
<xsl:variable name="vSeq" as="xs:string*">
<xsl:for-each-group select="SeqTest/Item"
group-by="substring(.,1,string -length(.)-2)">
<xsl:variable name="vBaseName"

Dear ALL,
I need some help on xsl:sequence. I'm using the Altova XSLT processor,
but I'm quite confident it is not an processor issue. It's probably my
bad knowledge of xslt 2.0.
I have probably put more that required in the test case, but it
basically covers my more complex code.

When using <xsl:apply-templates select="Document"> I get 10 documents. How
can I limit it to only the first 5 documents, e.g. pseduo
<xsl:apply-templates select="Document[position() < 6]">
