A new draft of the Human Resource Management Markup
Language (HRMML) specification is available for download
at:

HRMML is an XML Document Type Definition that
describes markup for recruiting data -- resumes,
job postings, and job descriptions.

This release includes more than 300 pages of
documentation, which is included in the HRMML
distribution file:

http://www.structuredmethods.com/hrxml/recruit.zip

You are free to use, modify, or redistribute the DTD
and documentation.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if your
organization is interested in contributing to
HRMML or hosting or mirroring the HRMML DTD
and documentation.
