Based on Charles Schaum's Chicago, and with many answers to my questions from
Philipp Lehman, I'm posting my tweaks to the Chicago footnote style. There's some extra whitespace in cite:short, and sometimes the margins are invaded with long prenotes or URLs, but otherwise it's good enough for the present.
