DRAFT stamp on each page

If you want DRAFT stamped across each page, and you use dvips, then to avoid
typing in the PostScript command you can just include draftstamp.sty.
I've uploaded a slightly improved version to shsu.

Unsolicited commentary: The folks I am trying to recruit from the click and
drag world over to TeX are not going to type the PostScript code. Putting this
stuff into include files may seem trivial, but it helps a lot in a
TeX-really-is-better argument. It changes the situation from `you do the work'
to `the system is somewhere doing the work; you don't worry about it'. In
my mind, anyway, that is TeX's strong suit.
