Subject: including document
When I try to \include a .tex-file (for instance a published article) in
a new document I will get preamble errors. If I delete the preamble in
the included file I will get the formatting of the document that
includes the article (which I don't attend to do).

How do I include this article but with changeing the preamble and still
keep page numbering continous? Is there a simple way?

Not absolutely sure what you want, but try the combine package and see
if that solves your problem.
