Hello,

Is it possible in principle, to make that kind of table header (made in
OOo) in LaTeX?:

Should be possible with the packages rotating and multirow.

In the most cases using an additional tabular inside a cell of the main
tabular is a better solution than "multirow".

The OP says that that image is the _header_ of a table.
One could not, for example, create that 3-on-top-of-4-5
pattern as a tabular within a cell of the main tabular,
because 4 and 5 must each be the head of a column of the
main tabular, with appropriate alignment of the vertical
rule between 4 and 5.
