Hi all, anyone knowns if there is a package for writing ebooks in (pdf)Latex?

I don't think there's anything special one needs to do to produce an
ebook. IIRC, Adobe does have a few formatting recommendations on their
site (e.g, large fonts, extra leading betwen lines, a 5x9" paper size),
so you might want to look for that page.

Try the memoir class (plus the hyperref package?):
\documentclass[ebook,oneside,openany,12pt]{memoir}
\usepackage[...]{hyperref}
\usepackage{memhfixc}
