Preprint of article on keyval (and friends)

Hello all,

Christian Feuersaenger and I have written a short-ish article on using
keyval for package control. It's been submitted to TUGBoat, but for the
moment the draft is available at

for general comments and enlightenment.

I've also posted a few links to my packages, so that there is a central
list of them. I hope this is useful.
